Personal training sessions use exercise and one-on-one instruction to help clients meet fitness goals and improve body composition. Training programs will be developed based on strengths and weaknesses determined by fitness assessments.

TAKE A BREAK FOR 50 MINUTES TO FOCUS ON YOURSELF

Whether you are a runner, triathlete or new to exercise, certified fitness professional Stephanie Fountain will help you push yourself with high intensity and strength exercises using a variety of equipment so you will never get the same boring workout.

Build up your energy and become more fit with each 50 minute session. The small group setting is comfortable and can accommodate personal training, small group training and challenge groups. Together we will laugh, get stronger, get healthier and tackle life.
Stephanie will help you set goals through fitness assessments and achieve them through training sessions.
